Church Services Update

The COVID-19 virus continues to captivate our community and nation. First Baptist Church Gordonsville has been and will continue to be in prayer for all of those who have been affected by this. Our thoughts and prayers also go out to those working in the medical field. With this being said, tonight the Staff and Deacons have met to discuss our church’s response to this changing situation. In light of the recommendations made by our nation and state leaders, we have decided to make some adjustments to our normal schedule. In-person church services have been suspended until April 5th.

Messages will be live-streamed on Facebook and our church’s website during their normal times so we can still worship as a church family. We encourage you to join with us through these different avenues and share them with your family and friends. These are unusual times that we face, and we continue to seek the Lord in the decisions that we make. These decisions were a difficult choice for the staff and deacons, but we felt this is in the best interest of our church family. I will be sending more information out tomorrow morning on how you can access these live streams over the next few weeks. If you have any prayer requests or needs, please let Bro Ryan or Bro. Jeremiah know.
